Zero Tolerance Policy
Safety is our top priority. Drivers must not operate vehicles under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or impairing medications.
If you believe a driver is violating this policy, please contact our support team immediately. All reports are taken seriously.
Smoking Policy
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. This applies to passengers and drivers without exception.
Vehicle Capacity
Vehicles may only be loaded up to their legal seating capacity. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
Cancellations & Fees
- Cancellations within 10 hours of pickup may incur a fee up to 90%.
- Trip protection options may allow reduced cancellation fees.
- Short-notice bookings may include additional surcharges.
- Holiday travel may include special pricing.
- Excessive cleaning may result in a sanitation fee.
Driver Authority
- Drivers may terminate a ride without refund if terms are violated.
- Unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Waiting Time
- A short grace period is included with each booking.
- Extended waiting time may be billed at an hourly rate.
Personal Property
We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. Please check the vehicle before exiting.
Payments
All outstanding balances must be cleared before the ride begins.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information is used only to provide and improve services.
- Data is used for billing, confirmations, and communication.
- Marketing communication is optional and consent-based.
Non-Discrimination Policy

Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Violations may result in service refusal or account termination.
